Sending Multiple Messages

You can use the Multiple Message Screen in one of 2 ways.
First Way You can send exactly the same message to a number of mobiles.
You can manually enter the mobile numbers in the Mobile Number box. Or select them from your stored entries, in your client database, using the drop down selection box (labelled Select Number from Clients).
Enter as many mobile numbers as you want. The same message will be sent to them all.

Second Way You can send a changed message to each mobile. The message has two stars ** in it. This is the appointment time or in this example, the lesson time.
Note here that the Insert box is filled. When you click send the computer will automatically insert 09:30 into the message where the two stars are. So the message for Kevin will be sent as:- Your driving lesson is at 09:30 tomorrow. Acme Driving School, Anytown.

So in this example, shown in the photos, two messages will be sent to these two as follows:-
Sent to Kevin:- Your driving lesson is at 09:30 tomorrow. Acme Driving School, Anytown.	Sent to Sweep:- Your driving lesson is at 11:30 tomorrow. Acme Driving School, Anytown.
